Job Description	[Job Description] Manage the installation and adjustment of equipment and fittings in preparation for plant startup during the new shipbuilding process - Create an engine room outfitting work schedule (ground outfitting process, or construction start-launch, or launch-handover) - Set delivery dates, give delivery instructions, check/storage, and curing management for engine room equipment and engine room outfitting - Check the progress of engine room work and engine room equipment performance based on the engine room equipment test plan (designed and issued) (including operation of inspection equipment/ship machinery using inspection commander and specialized knowledge) - Hold meetings with shipowner supervision and related departments regarding engine room work - Engine room sea operation test plan ( Inspection leader for comprehensive operational verification tests (offshore tests) based on the design and issuance (including machine operation using specialized knowledge and operation of inspection equipment) - Operation and handling instructions for crew members before delivery of engine room equipment (including machine operation using specialized knowledge) - Delivery of constructed ships - Hosting and carrying out on-site review meetings after construction, health and safety maintenance activities (on-site guidance using specialized knowledge) - Explanation of situations that have arisen during construction with specialized knowledge to shipowners and class ships, and obtaining agreement regarding delivery - ISO maintenance and management activities, activities to establish and update outfitting standards - Health and safety management promotion activities (implementation of instruction and education using specialized knowledge)
