With the mission of "shining a light on individual thoughts," we provide a group of services (user research, desk research, consulting services) that focus on business developers/planners.

■Job overview

While utilizing some of our own products, you will accompany customers from planning and proposing research to reporting.

■Job details
- Interviewing customers about their business issues and research objectives
- Planning and proposing research after clarifying the customer's goals
- Creating and distributing survey screens
- Analyzing survey results and creating materials (some cases)
- Reporting to customers (some cases)
- Improving work efficiency to maximize the value provided to customers
- Feedback on improvements to the company's products

*For seniors, in addition to the above, duties also include sales proposals to new customers, and ongoing relationship building and upselling to existing customers.
