Job Description |
Role & Responsibilities You will be a key part of the IT team, acting as the first point of contact for Japanese users, escalating and tracking incidents, ensuring smooth communication between Japan and Paris IT teams, and providing essential IT administration support. You'll find yourself constantly learning and developing your IT skills in a fast-paced environment. Main tasks include • Escalate and follow up on IT requests and incidents with Paris IT teams via a ticketing system. • Communicate status updates to Japanese users effectively. • Perform regular system monitoring and status checks. • Provide IT administration support to staff (PC requests, meeting room bookings). • Prepare and kit devices according to manuals. |

Job Requirements |
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English (business level required). • Experience working with ticketing systems. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques |
