Job Description Your mission will be to establish and launch a new division (consulting business area) within our holdings, and to promote and manage the business after the new company is established. In the future, we would like you to be a person who will be responsible for supporting and managing the group's business companies, not just in the consulting industry.

-Business management and business promotion support work to grow the business
-Performance management and accounting work such as budget management and forecast analysis
-Internal control design
-Personnel system design and revision
-Personnel labor management (employment and leave correspondence, attendance management)

Requirements
▼ Those who meet all of the following conditions

Minimum English ability (especially email correspondence) ・Basic knowledge of accounting

Those who have experience in one of the following two areas.

・Management experience at a business company

・Back office experience (experience in accounting or human resources/labor/personnel systems is preferred)

*Experience in managing subsidiaries at a consulting firm, manufacturer, or trading company is preferred.

・Experience at a consulting company or interest in the industry

・Experience starting a business

・Business English level language ability (contract exchange and document reading comprehension)
Salary Depends on experience
