Job Description |
⚫ Reports directly to the General Manager of the Sales Headquarters ⚫ 9-person sales team ⚫ Very flat and open organizational structure ⚫ To acquire new companies in B2B, mainly convert inbound leads into sales negotiations, create outbound leads, convert them into sales negotiations, and engage in sales activities ⚫ Reports based on KPI (activity volume / number of contracts) ⚫ Works with in-house sales and marketing to improve the process from lead acquisition to closing deals, and conducts sales with the goal of increasing the success rate |

Job Requirements |
Required experience: ⚫ University graduate (any faculty or major) ⚫ Sales experience and skills required ⚫ Ability, experience, and success stories to create strategies based on facts and hypotheses, and proactively and proactively use one's own sales power and the power of the organization to move customers in a well-balanced way ⚫ People who can take action themselves ⚫ Ability to continuously carry out high-volume sales activities using telephone, video conferencing, email, etc. ⚫ High communication skills, questioning skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal negotiation skills ⚫ Data analysis skills ⚫ More than 10 years of direct sales experience in B2B ⚫ Sales experience in consulting-style to solve intangible products and customer problems ⚫ Experience in HR solutions or sales to HR/general affairs is preferred ⚫ High literacy in "digital" ⚫ Electronic money, credit cards, prepaid, FinTech Related industry experience is preferred ⚫Work experience in a global company or a dynamic, fast-paced organizational culture, and no hesitation in using English in business ⚫IT skills: Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel), CRM (e.g. Salesforce) |
