As our region continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated mid-market Account Executive to sell Monotype's solutions for new and existing logos for the Japan market. The right candidate will be curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

- Act as a trusted sales expert to understand the needs of potential customers in your area and propose the value of Monotype.

- Learn Monotype's products (fonts and related technologies) and gain expertise with key brand accounts.

- Develop detailed account plans for each account, identify new sales and account expansion opportunities, and achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Effectively communicate Monotype's solutions to C-level decision makers using strategic value propositions, business case definitions, ROI analysis, and research data.

- Collaborate with key account brand, marketing, creative, IT, finance, procurement, UX, and legal teams.

- Manage and update client account information, contact information, and lead progress using Salesforce.

- Collaborate with marketing, support, pre-sales engineering, and customer success teams to drive sales activities.

Requirements
【What we are looking for】

- Motivated and organized sales professional with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals

- Native level Japanese and business level or above English

- Understand the importance of teamwork and can practice solution sales by leveraging internal and external resources

- Experience in the software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, and design industries preferred

- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage complex sales cycles from product demos to negotiations and contract signing

- Experience using Salesforce preferred

- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and products
