| Job Description |
A multinational optical retail company is looking for an IT Application Specialist. The selected applicant will be in charge for overseeing project delivery, manage infrastructure, and provide user support. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery * Provide first line service desk support * Manage projects of varying complexity * Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders * Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering * More than 3 years of experience in the IT industry (retail industry is preferred) * Prior global company IT experience is welcome * Knowledge of Cisco Meraki technologies is ideal * Understanding of Windows Desktop OS, Server OS, Cloud Environment is desired * Possess valid MCSA, CCNA and ECMS 500-220 certification is a plus * Native level Japanese; business level reading and written English |
