| Job Description |
Main Responsibilities ■Secure favorable terms of business within the designated region and achieve the company's growth objectives ■Select and evaluate potential development sites within the designated region ■Approach selected sites and make proposals to building owners and developers ■Negotiate lease agreements for development *Manage the entire process, taking into account commercial and legal aspects ■Create business cases for new deals *Financial modeling (P&L and cash flow) ■Manage each portfolio of properties within the designated region and resolve any issues that arise ■Work closely with the Country Manager, Property Development Director and Finance team to identify potential acquisition targets within the region ■Report on activities and performance against targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis based on internal management processes |
