[English user support for cable TV] We provide support in Japanese and English to customers who subscribe to cable TV. We respond to a variety of inquiries, such as "My TV screen has frozen and stopped working..." "I can't connect to the Internet..." "I forgot my password..." When you answer the phone, you will respond by typing the details of the inquiry into a PC. You will also be responsible for introducing services to customers who are not subscribed. |
