We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to manage and guide the DevOps teams for one of our Global E-Commerce clients. This role involves overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our client's software applications and systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various platforms. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate teams of DevOps engineers in the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and systems. Develop comprehensive plans, assign tasks to team members, and provide support for resolving issues and risks. Make strategic decisions for the design and implementation of automation tools used in software deployment, testing, and monitoring. Manage and resolve complex issues that involve multiple organizations and stakeholders. Spearhead process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. Mentor and coach engineers and other team members to foster growth and development. Oversee the architectural design of software applications and systems to ensure scalability and performance. |

Required Skills: Extensive experience with DevOps principles, including continuous integration and delivery (7+ years). Proven experience in software development, system administration, or a related field (7+ years). Hands-on experience with commonly used FOSS such as Hashicorp Vault, Redis, PostgreSQL (7+ years). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash (7+ years). Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (5+ years). Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, FluxCD, etc. (5+ years). Experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (5+ years). Demonstrated ability in building and managing complex cloud infrastructure using tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) (5+ years). Proficiency with infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform (3+ years). Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) (3+ years). Knowledge of incident management and trouble handling (3+ years). Desired Skills: Experience with Hadoop, MapReduce, HDFS, and Big Data querying tools such as Tez, Hive, and Impala. Experience with Nvidia GPU and GPU libraries. Familiarity with AI model lifecycle, data processing in pipelines, and LLM model hosting. |
