Please work on encouraging people to pay their national pension insurance premiums by phone. -Contacting unpaid pensioners with payment instructions (receiving and sending) -Handling inquiries about pension payments (receiving and sending) -Creating payer information (PC input) -Phone support, including reading and writing kanji (Japanese input required) -Translating from Japanese to Tagalog -Supporting the creation of training materials (correcting language and conversation content, etc.) *All training materials are written in Japanese. Most people start with no experience. There is thorough training beforehand, and the leader is nearby even after starting work, so it is an environment where you can ask immediately if you have any questions. *The job description may change in the future.
