As a Study Abroad Admin, we will entrust you with the following tasks: ・Contacting existing overseas university/language school partners. ・Contacting new overseas university/language schools. ・Handling various visa application procedures (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and more) ・Handling homestay and dormitory accommodation applications. ・Creating and organizing materials and tools within the company. ・Researching new schools, universities, and various programs such as summer programs, etc. |

Working Hours |
Five-day work system (fixed days off every week) 2 consecutive days off. Depending on shift: 10:00-19:00 (1-hour break) |
Job Requirements |
Requirements: ・Study and working abroad experience for over 6 months. ・General PC skills (PPT/Excel/Word) ・Desk work experience (abroad is OK) ・TOEIC 800 or higher ・JLPT N2 or higher ・Work experience in Japan (part-time is OK) Type of people we look for: ・Experience studying abroad or working holiday program for over 6 months. ・Experience in using Google Workspace such as Docs, Spreadsheet, Gmail, and Google Drive. ・People who can quickly research information written in English and can summarize quickly. ・Communication skills such as talking on the phone and writing business emails in English. ・Able to encourage and inspire others to reach their goals. ・A great team player who can communicate well and execute tasks on time. ・People who are confident. ・People who are unafraid to share their opinions. |

Job Contract Period |
Full-time Permanent Employee ※After a 6-month probation period For the first 6 months of your employment, you will be signed as a "contract employee". The contract duration will be for one month, and if you perform well in the role you will be re-signed on a new one- month contract. After successfully completing 6 consecutive one-month contracts, a decision will be made as to whether or not you will be made a permanent employee.
