Equipment Service - Carry out assembly, commissioning, and calibration of our equipment at
our customers’ sites.
Customer Support - Assist customers with trouble shooting, repair and maintenance supervision
and equipment inspection on the phone, on-line or at the customers’ sites.
Service Report - Create a service report for the work performed (in Japanese) and submit to the
customer in a timely manner.
Fitness Check - Inspect equipment conditions at customers’ site and propose parts replacement
program to ensure optimal and safe operating conditions of our equipment.
Aftersales Support - Create spare parts proposals / quotes and other aftersales duties.
Other - carry out other duties as needed

2-year diploma or 4-year college degree in engineering or technical subject, preferably electrical
subject

Experience in one of the following industries is ideal but not necessary: power plant, cement,
steel (metal), plastic or chemical (compounding, masterbatch)
