Job Description Travel Counselor (Business Trip Arrangements)
Arrange business trips for international or domestic flights for global companies and major Japanese companies under contract with our company.

- Reservations and estimates (After receiving requests from customers via email or phone, confirm the country and duration of the business trip. Use a dedicated system (GDS) to make reservations and estimates for hotels, flights, etc.)

- Arrangements and route suggestions (Propose routes and arrange flights, hotels, and rental cars according to the customer's business trip regulations and budget)
