Job Description Travel Counselor (Business Trip Arrangements)
Arrange business trips for international or domestic flights for global companies and major Japanese companies under contract with our company.

<Specific Job Details>

- Reservations and estimates (After receiving requests from customers via email or phone, confirm the country and duration of the business trip. Use a dedicated system (GDS) to make reservations and estimates for hotels, flights, etc.)

- Arrangements and route suggestions (Propose routes and arrange flights, hotels, and rental cars according to the customer's business trip regulations and budget)

・People with more than 2 years of experience in the travel industry
・People who have graduated from a university with a Japanese language or tourism department
・Japanese language qualification: N1 (native level) required
・Basic computer level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Administrative processing ability (speed and accuracy)
・People who can operate airline ticket reservation terminals (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
