<Major Duties> - Creating work plans based on daily volume and priorities. - Understanding team productivity and capacity. - Monitoring progress and reporting to control tower and operations manager. - Promoting continuous process improvement. - Creating and updating work instructions (WIs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Communicating with customers (internal and external). |

• Those who have PC skills and communication skills with related parties • Those with leadership or supervisory experience and experience in logistics and distribution are welcome • Those who have no difficulty in using English are welcome |
