- Project /Service Management experience and IT - Network support experience - Should be N2 or above - Interested to work from client plant location at least twice a week and rest can be done remotely. - IT infrastructure knowledge, e.g. server, network; - Worked with end users to support existing manufacturing IT systems and applications; - Experience in (project) coordination activities related to software -or- network applications management; - Exposure to Software application support / handling issues/ coordination of SME teams is required - Technical background in software support -or- Plant network maintenance, preferably in a life sciences, diagnostic, and/or medical device environment |
