Job Description You will be in charge of reception duties at the Tokyo office of a foreign consulting firm located in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

〇 General reception duties
・ Reception, welcoming visitors
・ Visitor management system management, visitor check-in procedures, providing visitors with admission cards (passes)

・ Conference room management (management of PCs, monitors, mice, keyboards, etc., cleaning), etc.
・ Main telephone duties
