In addition to developing Microsoft 365 apps such as SharePoint and Teams, you will also be responsible for consulting on DX promotion, citizen development, CoE establishment, and governance formulation support centered on technologies that extend and integrate Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will gain experience in all of the following areas from upstream to downstream processes, and can acquire a wide range of skills. ■Modern Workplace Application Development You will be responsible for application development for SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Premium, etc. ■Client Application Development You will be responsible for developing client applications (SPFx) aimed at extending SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Connections. ■Power Platform In addition to developing solutions such as Power Apps Canvas/Model-driven/Portal, Power Automate/Desktop, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages, you will also be responsible for consulting on citizen development support (CoE launch, governance, education). |

Required requirements (MUST) (1) Experience in one or more of the following: • Experience in development or consulting projects using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • Experience in development or consulting projects using Power Platform • Experience in app development with C# or React (2) Other • Business level Japanese for those who are not native Japanese speakers (JLPT:N1 is recommended) • Creation of various documents using Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Wanted requirements (WANT) • Project lead experience or app architect experience • DevOps development experience • Agile development experience • Development experience with Azure Functions / Azure Logic Apps, etc. |
