Job Description |
◆Build, lead and manage the Japan sales team to achieve sales and growth targets ◆Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share ◆Actively participate in acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers ◆Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market and competitive analysis to CEO and senior management ◆Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the solar energy industry, market trends and customers ◆Work with other departments such as procurement, marketing and operations to align and drive success across the company *Remote work is the main focus. Work in Nagoya several times a month. ❋Possibility of fixed-term employment in the first year only, working conditions will not change. |

Job Requirements |
[Required] ◆ Experience in corporate sales and management at a foreign trading company ◆ Sales experience and experience selling technical products (ideally B2B) ◆ Native level or high level Japanese language proficiency and sufficient English proficiency ◆ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary [Welcome] ◆ Experience in solar power generation equipment (preferential treatment) ◆ Experience in selling residential equipment, etc. ◆ Knowledge of the solar and renewable energy fields [Desired personality] ◆ Action-oriented, flexible sales activities ◆ Strong will and sense of responsibility to achieve goals ◆ High communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and strong leadership |
