[Changing society by creating things from scratch. A web engineer who wants to try full-scratch scrum development!] This position belongs to the Digital Service Development Div. This team specializes in full-scratch development, mainly using React / Rails / AWS, and will basically be involved in projects from the launch of the service. Together with the client and in-house designers, you will start by discussing what functions are needed, and will be involved from hearing, requirements definition, design, implementation, release, and operation. In addition, the team vision is "To become a team that continues to change the world with high technical capabilities and sophisticated manufacturing mechanisms," and we are working on the following. We will design and develop projects that require new business launches and digital transformation, with 100% direct and in-house development. ■Specific work content ・Client communication ・Each member basically makes adjustments for each task ・Requirements definition design ・Development ・Code review ・Testing (including automated test implementation) ・Release ・Scrum events Basically, the technology used is selected by our CTO, and we provide a one-stop service from rapid agile development of prototypes that can be touched and operated. Many of these services are highly socially beneficial, have an edge, and are in a wide range of fields and areas. ■Project examples Education: "The Admissions Office (abbreviated as TAO)" was newly developed for universities and vocational schools in Japan and Asia based on the world standard application platform. A joint development project that handles UIUX design, development, and marketing.
