Job Description <Seminar operation support work>
You will be providing support for product seminars run by major IT companies.

<Work flow>
◆ Seminar support work (on-site participation, web)
- Meeting with client owners in charge of the seminar, reserving seminar rooms for the seminar
- Schedule management, sharing recruitment status, preparing seminar materials, thinking about the layout of the seminar room, and general support for seminar operation
- Equipment management (management of ballpoint pens and questionnaires, ordering, etc.), reception and guidance on the day, handling inquiries, etc.

■ Seminar support work (participation at corporate facilities, web participation)
■ Seminar reservation reception
- Checking web applications and entering them in the list
- Sharing information with members
- Confirming and reserving webinar seminars
* English skills are required as there will be meetings with the development team and support on the English site

■ Day of the seminar
- Participant reception management
- Survey collection
* Seminars are conducted by company personnel, so no difficult knowledge is required!

・Basic monthly salary: 255,000 yen + (job allowance 30,000 yen + 8,000 yen (personal network (if using Wi-Fi) 3,000 yen home allowance if using company-provided Wi-Fi)
・Transportation expenses: Full payment
・Overtime pay paid *in 30-minute increments
・Salary: Closing date of the 20th of each month, paid at the end of the month *Basic salary paid in the current month, non-basic salary paid the following month
