As a leading manufacturer of precision springs, we use wire springs, flat springs, and insert molding processing technology to process products and develop products. We will entrust you with quality-related work at our overseas bases. In the future, you will be responsible for raising the quality assurance standards of our overseas factories. ■Job details [Products] Automotive parts, medical, OA equipment, etc. <Work to be entrusted immediately after joining the company> - Quality-related: Guidance on quality improvement at factories, response to defects, tallying up defects by location, responding to customer/supplier audits - Development of materials related to customers and quality, translation work (English ⇔ Japanese) <Work to be entrusted in the future> - Education-related: Creation and instruction of educational materials related to quality ★Work flow★ Quality inspection → Consideration of countermeasures for defective products → Creation of countermeasures document → Lecture and education for overseas factory personnel → Analysis of whether the countermeasures are working well and consideration of improvement measures ■Attractiveness of the job - Use your English skills Since you will be involved with our company's global overseas bases, communication in English will occur. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, web conferences will be the norm, but in the future, domestic and international business trips (for around two weeks) are expected to occur depending on the situation. - You can experience a wide range of work.
