Each team member is expected to take a leadership role in the design and development of web UIs for internal and external use, as well as testing and operation. We also value communication within the team, focusing on developing code that is highly readable and reusable based on best practices, and working with back-end engineers to design APIs. We operate services for individual and corporate customers, as well as services for internal users, and have contact with users from various angles, so this is an environment where front-end engineers have many opportunities to thrive. We are looking for members who will work with us to further improve the user experience of our growing services and increase the speed of development. ■Job Description ・Development and improvement of Web UI for each service ・Building management screens for inventory management systems and internal tools ・Building screens for purchase apps, etc. ・Launch of new projects ・Creating shared libraries used across products ・Customizing Shopify, creating apps, and improving management screens ・Posting blogs and participating in conferences and events ■Development environment Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript Frameworks/libraries: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, GraphQL Infrastructure: GCP (Cloud Run, GAE, e.t.c.) ■Work environment and working style ・We conduct agile development, and assign members to roles such as requirement definition/design in the development process. ・You can experience various processes in service development to solve problems, from the development (implementation) phase to design and operation. ・Engineers can also participate in product planning meetings and are involved in feature planning. ・You can gain knowledge in areas that interest you without being limited to your own area of expertise. ・All engineers are welcome to attend internal lightning talks and discussion forums with specialists in areas such as back-end and front-end. ・This is a hybrid style where you come to the office 2-3 days a week. |

Required qualifications • Experience in web front-end design and development • Experience using TypeScript and React (Next.js) • Experience using GraphQL • Understanding of SDLC such as version control systems and CI/CD Preferred qualifications • Knowledge of UX design practices • Experience using SEO optimization of EC sites and Google Analytics • Experience developing BtoB services • Knowledge of design patterns and high skills and experience in architecture design • Mentoring and management of junior members • Fluent conversation in Japanese, business-level English with no problems in remote meetings |
