Job Description |
◆Build, lead and manage the Japan sales team to achieve sales and growth targets ◆Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share ◆Actively participate in acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers ◆Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, market and competitive analysis to CEO and senior leadership ◆Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the solar energy industry, market trends and customers ◆Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, marketing and operations to align and drive success across the company |

Job Requirements |
[Requirements] ◆Experience in solar power generation equipment (preferred) ◆Sales experience and experience selling technical products (ideally B2B) ◆Native or high level Japanese language proficiency and sufficient English proficiency ◆Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary [Preferred] ◆Experience in selling residential equipment, etc. ◆Knowledge of solar and renewable energy fields [Suitable person] ◆Proactive and flexible sales activities ◆Strong will and sense of responsibility to achieve goals ◆High communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and strong leadership skills |
