Job Description ・Following up on existing customers in assigned area

・Developing new customers and potential customers

・60% existing customers, 40% new customers

・Visiting customers and potential customers

・Creating visit reports

・Project management (following up on cases)

・Working with technical sales support engineers at the German headquarters to clarify customer inquiries from technical and commercial aspects

・Creating quotations

・Negotiating with customers on technical, sales, payment terms, etc.

・Handling complaints (with German engineers and technical support/quality engineers)

・Regular and annual sales budget planning for new and existing customers

・Participating in offline and online exhibitions, seminars, etc.

・Supporting sales promotion

・Using CRM (SAP, Salesforce) in English, input mainly in Japanese (address management, visit reports, project follow-up, creating quotations)

Requirements		 [Required]

- 3-5 years of technical sales experience (experience dealing directly with customers)

- English proficiency (business level)

[Preferred]

- Experience selling to OEM customers

- Experience in related industries

- Experience in ventilation, air conditioning, fan filter units, and air handling units

- Experience in the fan industry is preferred

- Sociable and likable personality, self-reliant and able to play in a team

- Able to work mobile

- Frequent business trips to meet customers

- Able to travel to Germany, APAC, and China for technical training (currently all online)
