| Job Description |
Experience in PLM system implementation or change projects in the manufacturing industry (consulting experience is a plus) Project management knowledge and experience (3 years or more: WBS management, issue/risk/to-do management, collaboration with other teams and companies, project size of 10 or more people, etc.) High level of communication skills (strong in proposal, customer negotiation, internal coordination, vendor control, etc.) Ability to understand the client's goals and ensure that they are achieved. Preferred Qualification: Good grasp of trends and key technologies related to IT in general. Business level English skills (especially conversational skills) Experience in consulting and solutions in the area of analytics, such as data warehousing Experience in project management of multiple projects in parallel Japanese Languages: Native level or Fluent level Japanese required and Business level English required. |
