You will be working at Japan's oldest and largest trading company specializing in laser equipment, importing overseas laser products and proposing them to universities, government agencies, and domestic companies. ■Job Description: The main mission is to propose imported laser-related products to domestic researchers and companies, and sometimes work with colleagues to develop overseas manufacturers of target laser products to fulfill customer requests. [Target Products] 100 types of overseas laser-related products (e.g. laser analysis equipment, particle size analysis equipment, analytical equipment for production and development, etc.) / Approximately hundreds of thousands to tens of millions per unit [Customers] (1) Sellers... R&D departments and technology, production, and quality control departments of major companies, researchers and professors at universities and government agencies (pharmaceutical, chemical, and food manufacturers in the Kanto and Hokkaido regions, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, etc.) (2) Purchasers (business partners)... Overseas laser manufacturers (mainly Germany) [Sales Characteristics] Both individual and team sales are available. This is a work style in which you increase the number of products you handle and increase your sales. Most of the clients are existing, but when handling new products, we work in teamwork with the company's sales department to develop new clients through weekday exhibitions, web advertising, private seminars, etc. ■English proficiency - When purchasing goods from overseas manufacturers, communication in English occurs via email and phone. We also occasionally meet face-to-face. - A TOEIC score of 500 or higher is required for promotion to full-time employment.
