- Lead projects at various stages from customer requirement collection, business analysis, external design, development/configuration, testing, and implementation.

・Able to communicate in simple English (TOEIC score of 600 or above)

・High adaptability to the environment. Able to share ideas and work together in a mixed team of onsite (client site) and offshore (mainly in India).
・Excellent ability to organize an organization and analytical skills. Also, those who had such an experience during their student days.
