同社は、国産の美味しい青果物（果物や野菜）を日本そして、海外向けに販売をしている、2024年に創業100周年を迎える総合商社です。 今回新たに募集するのが、新規事業である「EC事業」の責任者候補の募集になります。注文数が急増し、その安定化や体制の見直しをしている状況です。現在の販売戦略や運営管理を引き継ぎつつも業務フローの見直しや体制の強化推進をしていただくことを期待しております。 ■役割ミッション： EC事業の責任者候補として、販売戦略の立案、運営管理、企画制作、商品の仕入れ調整などEC販売業務にかかる全般の管理運営をお任せします。なお販売は、自社サイト、LINEギフト、楽天、Amazonにて行っております。 ■業務詳細： 具体的にはご経験に応じ下記業務をお任せしていく想定です。入社後まずは手を動かすフェーズに立ち会っていただく予定です。 ・自社ECサイトの販売戦略の立案 ・Webマーケ・自社ECサイトの管理・運営 ・販促キャンペーン等の企画 ・チームメンバーのマネジメント ・人員の採用(業務拡大次第) ・お客様対応 ■業務の特徴： ・最初はシーズンごとの商品の理解やそれに合わせた商品組み、物流フローの見直しからお任せしていきます。 ・メインの商材は贈答用のため、熨斗作り等の指示出しをすることなどはお任せをしますが、梱包は子会社が行っているのでご担当いただくことはございません。 【組織構成】2名（部長、主任）＋事務職派遣3名 |
