Job Description The company's Puropse is to "create new social infrastructures around the world that create happiness for families". With the increasing number of dual-income households and families raising infants and toddlers, childcare facilities are important childcare partners, and they are working to create "Smart Nursery Schools®" that utilize IoT and AI to reduce the burden of childcare work, free up the time and minds of caregivers, and improve the quality of childcare.

Requirements
【Required】
・Experience in web application development using Ruby on Rails
・Experience in maintenance and operation of web apps using Ruby on Rails
・Experience implementing tests using RSpec or MiniTest
・Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
・Experience with team development in a remote work environment

【Preferred】
・Experience implementing front-end frameworks such as Vue.js
・Implementation experience using AI-related APIs such as ChatGPT
・Experience implementing APIs for mobile apps
・Experience in upgrading Ruby/Rails and related gem versions
・Experience upgrading front-end frameworks (Vue2 -> Vue3, etc.)
・Experience in gem development, publishing to rubygems.org and maintenance
・Daily conversational level of English
・Experience in managing a team of engineers
