Job Description ▼Organization Overview and Vision

In the auto industry, which is undergoing a period of change, the AI and Digital Project (currently the AI and Digital Office) was established on June 1, 2019 to promote the Group's digital transformation, including the creation of new next-generation businesses and the shift to smart factories, by utilizing the Group's data and other assets and technologies, such as AI. Currently, more than 40 projects are underway.

In order to create unprecedented new business, they are actively recruiting professionals in various fields from outside, such as AI engineers and people with experience in business promotion in the mobility field. However, there is still a lack of human resources in response to the ever-expanding projects.

▼Responsibilities
As an AI engineer, you will be assigned to one of the following two projects dealing with AI and digital room image data.
You will be considered during the selection process, taking into account your own nucleus and suitability for the job.

【New Business_AI SaaS】
■Overview
You will be responsible for developing complex and innovative AI models and recognition architectures for AI SaaS products under development in the AI & Digital Department, utilizing deep learning and machine learning techniques to meet business needs.
*Overview of AI SaaS Products
A new safe driving support service based on AI driving diagnosis scoring. Based on the company's proprietary digital tachograph data (mobility data), the service analyzes more than 2,000 cases of dangerous driving behavior with an overwhelming number of features, and by linking driving data with accident data, it is a driving risk diagnosis service that can identify truly dangerous situations in advance.

■Details
You will be responsible for leading the development of the following functions, as well as managing development members and vendors.
◎Evidence Video
・Functionality: Re-resuscitate the video of risk points pointed out by AI as evidence.
◎Risk scene detection
・Functionality: Identifies the passage of risky areas from map data.
◎Risk auto-detection by AI
・Realized function: Detects risk from the driver's behavior during driving.
◎Risk Analysis by Linking Accidents and Video
・Enabling function︓Collect accident data and drive recorder data as a set and calculate quantitative accident risk
◎Safety Instruction Efficiency Tool
・Realized function: Automatic generation of videos for driving guidance using the functions described above.

Requirements		 【Required】
*Meet all of the following
・3+ years of experience in developing AI models for CV tasks in outdoor environments, such as object recognition, moving object recognition, and gaze estimation using image/video data
・3+ years of experience in leading PoC and AI system development
・Experience in managing development team members and vendors
