Job Description Ensuring proper recognition, understanding and analysis of the needs of business lines related to one or more functional area by

Gathering requirements (Structuring, analyzing and modeling processes) , utilizing methods such as workshops, user interviews and other mechanisms to gather comprehensive requirements from our internal users.
Analyzing with a critical and constructive point of view the requirements formulated by the Cardif Japan business lines, themselves gathering the needs from our external partners. If needed, modify the written requirements to keep a complete alignment with needs at any point of time.
Ensuring that the design implementations and solutions to meet business line requirements.by

Drafting of test plan and test cases in charge by Business analysis service, users or test center to ensure that testing approach covers business line requirements implementation verifications.
Review the test cases proposed by the external suppliers and validate them.
Ensuring permanent and continuous upgrade of Business analysis service practices to maximize value added contribution to business lines and efficient usage of company’s IT resources

Organizing a proper management of requirements for her/his own scope with high quality documents.
Collaborate with other business analysts, to ensure that the global set of requirements is consistent. Same for the testing scenarios.

Requirements		 In-depth knowledge of insurance industry, especially mortgage , CPI subscriptions , but also claims, products, and distribution channels.
Preference for university graduated, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines.
Number of years of experience:
5+ years in a similar role
2+ years of experience in Insurance, or Banking industries
2+ years of experience in requirements and testing
Japanese language: native speaker / JLPT N1 level and English native speaker
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 6000K - JPY 7000K
