We are looking for an analyst/consultant position for Asuene ESG, a new business of Asuene that provides an ESG evaluation cloud service for sustainable supply chain procurement. "Easy ESG evaluation for sustainable supply chain procurement for anyone" Asuene ESG is highly reliable and conforms to international ESG evaluations, providing one-stop support for evaluation and improvement for sustainable supply chain procurement. LP: https://earthene.com/rating This position involves working as an analyst/consultant for Asuene ESG, which visualizes supply chain management efforts and provides appropriate ESG evaluations for companies aiming for sustainable supply chain procurement. ・Support for service implementation for major clients ・Schedule design and project progress management associated with the use of major client services ・Proposal and implementation support for improving ESG activities throughout the supply chain based on the individual circumstances of major clients ・Support for answering ESG evaluation questionnaires ・Analysis of ESG diagnosis results and improvement proposals ・Upselling/cross-selling to assigned clients ・Management and negotiations at the time of contract signing and renewal |

[Required requirements] Those who have any of the following experience ■ Experience in customer success or project management at an IT or BtoB SaaS company ■ Experience in supply chain (including procurement/purchasing) at a consulting firm, or work related to sustainability, ESG, or project management ■ Experience in supply chain (including procurement/purchasing) at a business company, or work related to sustainability, ESG, or project management [Preferred requirements] ■ Strong interest in sustainability and ESG ■ English proficiency (reading ability that makes it easy to read English materials) [Desired personality] ・ Someone who can empathize with Asuene's mission, vision, and values ・ Someone who is highly motivated to achieve goals and is particular about results ・ Someone who can act autonomously ・ Someone who can eagerly absorb new knowledge and matters and output them |
