[Job Description] ■Customer liaison As a liaison for contracted partner companies, share business needs and requirements with the company's development and operations teams, and support the introduction and post-implementation operation of the video distribution platform - Hear requirements for functional expansion and customization of customer's video distribution service - Adjust budget and schedule for implementation - Propose solutions and formulate specifications - Evaluate and manage project profitability and risks *Communicate closely with the Taiwan headquarters' development and operations team (remotely) *Responsible for delivery in projects, both new and existing, and serve as a liaison for customers even after launch, proactively proposing and supporting functional expansion and service improvement. *New business development and work up to contract signing will be handled by a separate sales department. ■Internal and external coordination - Coordination of various meetings, etc., and preparation of minutes - Creation of Japanese versions of specification documents - Building relationships with contracted partner companies - Negotiation of terms associated with the contract and coordination with the headquarters' legal department |

<Required experience and skills> Experience in any of the following: - 5+ years of work experience in cloud system development projects, either on the client side or the recipient side - 5+ years of experience in PMO or customer success in the IT industry - 5+ years of work experience communicating and coordinating in English with engineers and PMs from other countries Business-level English skills <Preferred> - Experience in the video/music streaming or entertainment industry - Sales experience dealing with systems/software as a commodity - Experience as a help desk or product specialist in cloud services - Practical experience in both products and services in the SI/solutions business [Desired personality] - A person who can smoothly progress things as a bridge between members with different linguistic, cultural, and business backgrounds in a project - A person who can independently discover issues and work, prioritize while paying attention to details, and handle work efficiently (agile workflow) - A person who can output the purpose of the work inside and outside the company with logical thinking |
