Job Description Experience working as User Experience Designer either in Product teams or Consulting Roles with a strong track record.
Background in user research, software usability or Human Factors. Expert in user-centered design process and user research techniques
Ability to create conceptual and detailed wireframes and diagrams.
Ability to create Low- and mid-fidelity prototyping.
Ability to design intuitive user interfaces within technical constraints while leveraging and maximizing the technical features.
Conduct user research and synthesize findings to ensure a better understanding of customers, give insight into business/user value, and identify potential usability issues.
Communicate analysis, recommendations, and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation.
Participate in task/user workflow analysis (current and future) to gain understanding of the user’s tasks and behaviours.
Skilfully merge research findings, creative innovation, and best practices to generate unique, strategic solutions

Requirements		  Very good understanding of user 5 years of experience process
Worked on the Japanese projects in no less than 3 projects and know how to deal with Japanese content and culture.
Strong portfolio showcasing the complete UX process followed
Communication and presentation
5years of Interaction design and information architecture experience. 
Japanese language: Native Level Japanese  and Business Level English
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
