Our company operates one of the largest BtoB e-commerce platforms in Japan, boasting an annual circulation of over 10 billion yen, and is currently actively expanding into the Chinese BtoB wholesale industry. We are looking for members who can handle tax, legal, and customs-related areas in trade as we develop new overseas businesses that are expected to expand further in the future. [Business content] You will be primarily responsible for the following areas regarding our multiple overseas businesses in China. ◆Series of operations from new business partner development to transaction completion ◆Tax/legal/contract/customs related flow construction/maintenance/management ・Export operations (security trade control, trade compliance, etc.) ・Import operations (customs valuation/customs follow-up investigation, confirmation of preferential tariff application, trade compliance, etc.) - In-house trade consultation (judgment and advice on business operations based on internal regulations) |
