Description * Develop and execute content strategy for CIO 日本. * Lead and support editorial teams in content creation and delivery. * Collaborate with commercial teams to align editorial and commercial goals. * Manage KPIs and HR functions for the editorial team. * Represent CIO 日本 at events and with various stakeholders. Profile * Understanding of Japanese corporate IT landscape and industry trends. * Strong communication skills in Japanese and English. * Experience in managing large editorial teams and delivering B2B editorial content. * Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment and influence stakeholders effectively. * Track record of presenting events and multimedia content to high-value audiences.
