Experience in system development management and requirement definition, especially knowledge and experience in infrastructure and PMO systems. Those who are familiar with ITIL framework and have knowledge of system operation management/operation design (infrastructure operation, application operation, user support, etc.). you must have experience as a supervisor with 2 to 5 members under your supervision. The candidate should be able to provide not only advice and research, but also concrete action plans and client-facing materials. The candidate should be able to coordinate with clients and other relevant parties. The candidate should be able to work onsite for a certain period of time (at least half of the week within the Yamanote Line in 23 wards), rather than working remotely. |
