| Job Description |
This role includes creating product specifications based on business needs and communicating with the IT team in China for technical implementation. Also, the position requires you to participate in development sprints and testing the final product for any issues. Description * Deal with product development with PM * Making product specification (user story) based on business requirements. * Communicate with IT team in China on the technical implementation. * Communicate with IT team in China to address bugs. * Participate in Sprint and review development progress with PM. * Testing deliverable Profile * Understand the content of documents written in Japanese and share them with the Chinese team. * Ability to read/write in Chinese. * Communication in Japanese * Computer literacy. * Programing experience - Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, Peal. * Writing specification (user story) in English. * Programing / System development experience * Testing or QA experience * Business English is nice to have. * Familiarity with Excel micros is nice to have.
