Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data projects within the insurance domain. Knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, and data governance principles. Understanding of insurance business processes, products, and data requirements. Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop strategies, document critical business processes, and interpret business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. High level of competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools. Language Requirements: Native level Japanese or fluent japanese & English conversation skill. |
