Minimum of 15+ years of JSOX (Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Law) experience. Experience in internal audit function, audit planning, audit policies and best practice template. Experience in developing SOX internal controls framework. Experience in translating SOX Compliance requirements and controls into high level implementation roadmap. Experience in auditing existing internal controls in the proposed solutions and proposed remediation. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Must Have Skills : JSOX (Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Law) Japanese Language: Japanese (N3 and above) + Business English |
