You will mainly conduct sales activities to raise awareness of our services for the manufacturing industry. Other ∟Attendance by business travelers from the Japanese head office ∟Preparation of documents to be submitted to the Japanese head office (general affairs/accounting work) 【in particular】 ・Start by making a telephone appointment ・Approach mainly Japanese manufacturing companies located in industrial parks and listen to their concerns regarding construction. (Currently, many companies have been in business for more than 10 years, and there are many needs for expansions and renovations.) ・Once you have made an appointment, you will visit with a representative of a first-class architect and handle the work until acquiring the project. ・If you wish, you can attend the site to deepen your architectural knowledge. |
