Job Description	当社の本社(大阪)にて、法務業務およびマネジメントに従事いただきます。【業務詳細】・法務グループのマネジメント・国内および海外(中国/シンガポール/EU等)との取引に関する契約書作成・国内、海外での法的問題(企業間トラブル/訴訟/刑事事件など)の解決・法務問題について弁護士と連携し、部門や取引先と協議、調整、交渉・コンプライアンス研修および指導・その他法務業務に付随する業務全般
