At the showroom of our own furniture brand MASTERWAL, You will be responsible for customer service, sales, store management, etc. <Job details> My job is to propose furniture and a rich lifestyle to our customers. We carry our own furniture brand MASTERWAL products and selected items. <Business details> ■Sales staff ・Hearing about customer requests ・Measurement/proposal ·delivery of materials ・Sending a handwritten thank you note There will be an educational and training period for about one month after joining the company. From basic knowledge such as brand concept, corporate philosophy, and product knowledge to how to interact with customers. You will acquire the basic knowledge of creating fans. After that, I gradually took on customer service duties, We will reinforce basic sales skills through weekly feedback and product knowledge study sessions. We plan to have you learn the work over a period of about six months to a year so that you can complete all tasks by yourself. While viewing the furniture in our showroom, we will make coordination suggestions on the spot. We support our customers in creating their spatial image. (Advance reservation: Walk-in visit = around 4:6) Because customers visit us many times and often end up making a purchase. We create and send handwritten thank you notes to everyone who visits our store. In some cases, instead of our own showroom, We may visit the customer's home to take measurements, make coordination suggestions, and witness delivery. Many of our customers are particular about their lives and lifestyles, While carefully listening to our lifestyle, we learn about our commitment and the passion of our creators. An important part of my job is to tell the stories behind our products and cultivate fans of our brand. Eventually, we will improve our sales promotion approach to customers (telephone calls), store layout and displays, We will also be responsible for event planning and management. *Details of the job offer will be provided at the time of interview. |
