As the Research & Analytics Manager for the Japan team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Researchers/Financial Analysts, providing high-quality research and financial analytics support to bankers/consultants. Description * Manage teams to deliver accurate and timely research on industries and markets. * Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic decisions. * Coordinate with management to prioritize research initiatives and develop best practices. * Collaborate with global teams to drive impactful projects and initiatives. * Provide staff management, coaching, and training. Profile * Over 8 years of experience supporting Research/Analytics teams in investment banking or equity research. * Fluent in Japanese and English for effective communication. * Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite and databases. * Excellent problem-solving and client relationship management abilities.
