Job Description |
■Business content -Leading local campaign planning and execution - Bring new and exciting opportunities to headquarters for consideration and keep the brand relevant. ・Building partnerships with local licensee partners to coordinate support across product categories under the direction of the global team - Always know which partners and channels are the best fit for our brand - Stay up to date with new partners and first-to-market media offerings - Share local media campaign plan recommendations, media partnership proposals, and detailed plans to headquarters for review and approval. ・Provide reporting and analysis of digital media campaigns during and after the campaign - Identify key visuals for media schedules based on local product purchases and local media expertise - Manage annual media and marketing budgets, including channel allocation and project spend management through to realization. ・Coordinate with the headquarters regarding the allocation of the global budget to Japan, and in turn communicate regional budgets and expenditures to the headquarters. ■The image of the person you are looking for ・Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively at all levels within an organization - Flexible to change (new temporary tasks, environment, work processes) and have the skills to proactively adapt to them. ・People who have the skills to carry out work by taking initiatives to improve quality and efficiency. - Deep understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. |
