Job Description	オンラインショッピングサイトを利用されている日本人カスタマーに対して、トラブルやエラーが起きた際のサポートを行っていただきます。・電話、チャット等での問い合わせ対応・配送に関する問い合わせ・注文内容の確認や返品、返金対応など入社後は１か月のトレーニングがありますので、未経験でも安心してお仕事ができます！
