You will be responsible for the requirements definition phase for packaged products for customers. You will create AS/IS analysis, To/Be analysis, Fit and Gap, user story, migration specification study, etc. together with the customer. While leading the customer, you will solidify the requirements phase and hand over to development. Together with the IT development PM, we will deliver the proposed solution from the customer's perspective. |

Requirements definition phase experience: 5+ years. PLM implementation consulting experience is a plus. BOM and CAD experience is a plus. Japanese (native).English communication skills a plus. Consulting experience with an understanding of customer issues. Experience in proposing PLM solutions is a plus. Strong teamwork skills. Experience working with a global team is a plus. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. Language Requirements: Native-level Japanese with Business-level English |
