Job Description Anticipated Responsibilities:

Responsible for client's service areas.
Existing areas (organizational management, learning, etc.) and new areas (2C, enterprise, etc.).
Assignment to specific areas will be determined based on the candidate's background and strengths.
Appeal and Challenges of Clients PdM:

At Client Organization, where many members resonate with the mission of "bringing memory into daily life," you can engage in various experiences as a Venture PdM.
In addition to expanding and improving existing products (1→10 Phase), you may also be involved in launching new products (0→1 Phase).
Close proximity to business members, designers, engineers, and customers allows for frequent communication with stakeholders while leading product development.
Skills and Experiences Specifically Desired for the Assigned Area PdM:

Of the seven tasks listed in the job description, particular emphasis on the following two skills:
Formulating, establishing, and executing the medium to long-term strategy for the assigned product area.
Identifying and analyzing challenges through user research and data analysis.

Over 5 years of experience in the online service industry (regardless of the job category).
Due to the nature of product management, individuals changing jobs within 2 years are not preferred.
Additional Preferred Experiences and Skills:

Skills listed under "Welcome Skills" in the job description.
Experience in business planning and launching new businesses.
Experience in education services or related services.
Target Companies/Departments/Job Categories:

Individuals with experience in internet service providers, including both mega ventures and ventures, as well as SaaS service providers.
Those with PdM experience, not only in current positions but also in consulting, business planning, and customer success, and aspiring to be a PdM.
