Job Description - The role will be leading event, media, digital strategy for the re- branding of Burberry from classic premium brand to Luxury brand

- Lead marketing strategies in Japan, focusing on retail, to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth, reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Director.


Description

Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Director to develop comprehensive brand and product campaigns.
*

Execute initiatives to boost brand presence and drive traffic in key cities, closely aligning with Client Engagement and retail teams for tactical support.
*

Work with global media teams, coordinate marketing activation plans with merchandising, retail, and client engagement teams.
*

Develop and implement event strategies, involving global and local stakeholders, managing budgets, and measuring ROI.


Profile

Extensive experience in fashion marketing, showcasing a keen interest in technology, digital communication, and community and culture marketing.
*

Strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a committed team player.

- Has 40+ stores (just opened 2 more) including pop up, has around 380 people in total with 55 in the head office
- Japan reports directly to the HQ with original strategy and often gets support from them.
- Providing full flex time
- The company has a lot of holiday with all Friday from June to August with half day off
Job
Requirements		 Previous experience delivering training in luxury retail.

Familiarity with retail systems and store operations.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 11000K
